Resource Specialists:

William H. Prouty, CLU RHU CEP – over 30 years of business and organizational leadership. Bill is considered an expert in the fields of employee benefits and business resource management. He is the CEO and Founder of Wealth Builders Clubs International and Global Education Systems. He serves on the boards of directors for several nonprofit organizations and dedicates time and resources to financial, economic, business and political literacy education projects. He also serves as a counselor for the Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE), a support unit of the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Jim Baiseri – serves as the Chief Operating Office of The Risk Advisory Council, LLC. Jim has over 30 years of experience as a risk manager, insurance professional and educator. He also helps a wide range of non-profit community service organizations to achieve their goals and objectives. He is fluent in Spanish. He has been married for 37 years and has four grown children and six grandchildren.

Lynn Prouty, MS – over 27 years of experience and leadership in education. Lynn’s years of teaching and school administration were in the elementary school arena. She devoted many hours and support to a wide range of non-profit community support organizations including PTA and Soroptimist International. She serves as Chief Operating Office for Benefit Technologies and serves our employee benefit plan clients with great understanding and compassion.

Jim Reed, CSC – an experienced financial planner with over a decade of experience in serving the financial development needs of his clients. Jim also served in senior management capacities with school districts and has special expertise in program development for special needs students.

Brian Floyd - a specialist in Marketing and Promotion, Brian has a passion for political advocacy and has served the community for the last four years as a field resource specialist for a member of the California legislature. He has formed a new political campaign advisory service firm with two other area professional to serve the needs of the Inland Empire Region of Southern California. Brian volunteers his time to help area community service organizations including the UC Riverside Alumni Association, Wealth Builders Clubs of America, the Riverside Area Congress of Republicans and California Department of Rehabilitation Citizens Advisory Committee.

Russell Koch – a financial industries specialist with extensive experience in business financing and the development of publicly traded organizations. Russ operated a highly successful broker-dealer organization with over $40,000,000 in trading activity and 100 registered representatives.

Ramses Rashidi – an international trade and commerce specialist who has lived and worked in China for over 12 years. Ramses is cooperating in the creation of a powerful community resource development center system that will bring a wide range of resources and support services to a network of over 500 municipal governments in China.

Bill Novador – over 25 years of banking and financial industry experience. Bill coordinates financial development plans for clients in both domestic and international business markets. He is a Senior Vice President with City National Bank

Bruce Matlock, JD – a human resource and employment law specialist with over 30 years of experience. He now focuses considerable time and effort as and Adjunct Professor at the University of Redlands and Cal State University San Bernardino

C.J. Lloyd – as a pastor, school administrator and community advocate, CJ believes strongly in the admonition that…”it is more blessed to give and to receive.” She is a grant development specialist assisting non-profit and community service organizations to acquire needed funding to support their projects.

James Hamamoto, PE – an international trade and commerce specialist. His years of mechanical and electronic engineering experience make him uniquely qualified to perform complex feasibility studies on large economic development projects. James was appointed to the prestigious U.S. Department of Commerce District Export Council

Dan Gleason, JD, EA – one of the nation’s leading tax practitioners specializing in small and home-based business organizations. Dan is the founder of My Tax Man, the nation’s largest independent tax practice with over 275,000 clients.

Rudy Ababon – over 30 years of human resource and staff development expertise in management positions around the globe. His firm HR On Call brings together a team of highly skilled human resource, training and staff development specialists.
